Friendship bag swap and so much more

WOW it has been awhile since I have posted -- but I promise after Oct 24th I will be posting more. That is my last day at the garden center, so I will be sewing alot more, I still have about 70 UFO's to finish!!! But of course when I was surfing blogs the other day, Kim at made an adorable Thanksgiving table topper, so far I have the top done, now onto the letters. She has instructions over at her blog, check it out.

I was involved it the Friendship Bag swap -- they are so quick to make and so addictive, I think I have made 5 and have lots more ready to go. This is the great bag I rec'd from Kellie --who actually lives less than an hour from me. She treated me to a charm pack from Mary Englebriet -- I just love it thank you so much! And if you can see her little note card she sewed fabric onto it -- very clever idea Kellie!

This is the one I made and send to Polly my swappee, she loves Halloween and fall just like me - so it was easy to find fabric for her. Check out her blog at

Well today the garden club is heading over to the apple orchard at 4 today, it is in the 40's and some rain is coming in. So I will report tomorrow, about the orchard.
Happy stitches
I am going back upstairs and sewing!!
